Ihave an ACER V5-571P with the 2.17 version of the BIOS.To resolve the problem all I did was to re-flash the BIOS using the download available from Acer Support. (Run the .exe file) F2 and F12 now get me to the BIOS settings and ALT-F10 takes me to the recovery options. Why is it that with all the expertise on here, nobody could suggest such a
