It came with MS office and some other apps pre-installed. The store didn't provide a product key or anything for MS office, I just opened my computer and it was there.

There's no option for Office 2019. Is that bad news? Hi, yes. It sounds like you have purchased an Office from a vender selling them in contravention of the Microsoft licence at a knock down price. Are you sure that you do not have Office 2019 Pro Plus? PS: the vendor may be able to assist you.

I have Office Professional Plus 2016. I am signed into my Microsoft/office account, but it hasn't made a difference to thinking the product is licensed, it is the account I used to set up the program. I have misplaced the key, and none came in the email sent to me in 2016; I purchased the program through HUP in 2016.
