2322 posts · Joined 2011. #7 · Jan 7, 2013. So this Restricted Performance due to P1254 "Fail Safe Throttle Spring" is very persistent, after sitting for 24hrs it comes back. However once the engine is warm (warm coolant running through the throttle body) the RP disappears & everything's fine.
